Altec computer speakers – Altec Lansing FX5051
The Altec Lansing FX5051 system gives up a genuine 5.1 surround sound without hassles and without a 6-channel sound card needed! You just plug a USB cable from your subwoofer into your PC or laptop and get 6 discrete channels of audio. The FX5051 has dual device drivers in every satellite, plus a subwoof
er that gives awesome bass. The design is really great. The ideal complement to your flat-panel displays. Satellites feature removable bases for simple wall mounting. The 5.1 speaker system includes a wireless remote. The remote works great, you can control the rear, center, or overall sound level or to adjust the bass and treble.
The surround systems power is 89W (RMS). 89w are enough even for making a party in a 30-50 sq.meter. room. The fidelity of the sound is impressive. Isobaric-configured dual 6.5″ woofers deliver bass corresponding to systems twice as large.
A plus is that you can connect your iPod, MP3 player, or CD player to the system trough the iPod / MP3 Player Jack.
